Kenya
The Swahili people (or Waswahili) are an ethnic and cultural group indigenous to the East African coast, including substantial populations in Kenya. Their identity is a blend of Bantu African origins with centuries of Arab, Persian, and Indian influences, primarily unified by the Swahili language and adherence to Islam.
